Now that you have invested a lot of your hard earned money in your property, it is vital that you employ a legal managment company to take care of that investment.
At Mc Carthy Homes we offer you a full professional property managment, maintenance and cleaning service to give you total piece of mind your property is being well looked after in your absence. Specialising in Polaris World and Peraleja Golf Resorts we will provide a customised service to meet all your individual needs.
MANAGMENT AND KEYHOLDING SERVICES;
This will include a FORTNIGHTLY security inspection consisting of the following;
* Checking all utility connections
* Flushing toilets and running all taps (a must to prevent stale odours)
* Opening doors and windows to ventilate the property
* Checking lights and changing bulbs when necessary
* Visual inspection i.e, checking for signs of damp or leaks etc
* A winter check to include all radiators are bled and in working order
* Monthly e-mails to keep you updated on when your property was checked
* An information pack providing useful numbers, restaurants, bars, shopping and places of interest to go
* You will be notified of any problems that arise and we will oversee the necessary repairs needed
PRICES FROM 350€ + IVA PER ANNUM (postboxes can be checked monthly for an additional 50€ per annum, we will open any utility bills which will help to ensure everything remains connected thus preventing re-connection charges).
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE;
* MEET & GREET; We are available to meet guests on arrival at the airport or at the resort. They will be taken to the property and shown how things work and given hints and tips of how to enjoy their holiday. A refundable deposit can be taken at this stage if required.
*WELCOME PACKS; These can be provided prior to arrival;
Pack 1; Bread, margarine, jam, tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water --25€
Pack 2; Cheese, ham, eggs, biscuits, 6 beer, 1 bottle red/white wine, bread, margarine, jam, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water -- 35€
PROPERTY CLEANING SERVICES: This includes a thorough clean when guests depart, all laundry is taken to the laundrette for professional cleaning and fresh beds are made up. An entry 'freshen up' clean is done prior to new guests arriving. Toilet rolls, kitchen roll, hand soap for each bathroom and absorbant cloth for the kitchen is also included. Mid-stay laundry changes can be provided if requested. Prices for the above services are available on request.
EMERGENCY CALL-OUTS; We are available for for this should guests lock themselves out or encounter any other problem. This service is payable locally by the guest.
MISCELLANEOUS SERVICES,
We can book tee times, arrange car-hire, provide childrens car seats etc, also all maintenance work can be sourced and carried out. Basically if you require it we can do it.
