Polaris World Properties

Polaris World are the creators of a group of 7 resorts, situated in the region of Murcia, incorporating a total of 8, 18 hole Jack Nichlaus design golf courses, a 9 hole golf academy and a beach club.  The main characteristics of the Polaris Resorts are 24hr security, 24hr health care, town centres, sports and gym facilities and obviously golf. The concept allows you as an owner or renter of a Polaris property, to access any of the resorts via a shuttlebus service.  All the resorts are conveniently located to both beaches and airports.  

Mar Menor Golf Resort

The Mar Menor Resort was the first of the Polaris projects. Originally built on a nine hole golf course, it has become so popular that it is being extended to an eighteen hole with more villas, townhouse and apartments being built. The resort is situated very close to the coastal town of Los Alcazares and is also only 10 minutes away from San Javier airport. The 5 star Intercontinental Hotel is the centrepiece of the resort and is proving very popular for weddings and celebrations.

Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort

The Resort is designed around a 19th century colonial style building which will be transformed into a luxurious centre with bars, restaurants, shops, spa etc. With only 25% build area on the resort there is a great sense of spaciousness with large green area as well as the golf. The PGA recognised championship golf course by Nicklaus Design will be a challenge to golfers of all standards.

La Torre Golf Resort

This is Polaris World's second completed and largest resort to date. A selection of apartments, townhouses and villa's surround an 18 hole golf course and practice area. A beautiful town centre with plenty of bars, restaurants and a large supermarket will cater for all your needs during your hoiday. The resort also has a five star hotel, school and medical centre on site.
